The Vice President, Global Brand Experience is responsible for defining and delivering a globally consistent, compelling omnichannel brand experience with a strong focus on Direct-to-Consumer (retail and digital).
This leader will elevate our global brand positioning through innovative store design, best-in-class visual merchandising, and powerful product storytelling across all markets and store formats. You will shape how consumers experience our brand - from windows and flagships to digital touchpoints - ensuring we show up as a true lifestyle destination wherever we operate.
Reporting to the CMO, this leader will blend creativity with operational rigor, driving brand elevation, DTC productivity, and sustainable revenue growth at scale.

Key Qualifications
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $350,000-$385,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
