Overview:
We are seeking a CX / UX specialist who ideally has financial services experience to lead an onboarding and KYC transformation project for a bank in Switzerland. This role would suit a UX skillset that is more aligned to customer journey/service mapping and has a good applied knowledge of the JTBD framework. You will have extensive experience facilitating and delivery workshops with clients, both in-person and remotely.
You will be responsible for creating holistic, engaging digital experiences that meet both internal and external user needs and expectations. The core mission is to understand the user needs, behaviours and expectations to design digital solutions and journeys that ensure intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interactions with digital new products and services.
Main Responsibilities/Activities:
Research and understand user needs, desires, and behaviours using a range of research methods.
Apply techniques like Design Thinking, Design Sprint and Service Blueprint, among other design tools, facilitating workshops and collaborative activities.
Map and create visual artifacts of the user experience in different scenarios using necessary design tools.
Organise the information and functionality architecture of the product logically and intuitively to facilitate user navigation.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to translate concepts and ideas into concrete design solutions.
Collaborate with other team members, such as UI designers, strategy leads, and content specialists, to ensure integration between user experience and visual design.
Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the correct and effective implementation of design solutions.
Conduct usability tests and interface evaluations, collecting user feedback and making iterative adjustments to improve the experience.
Align design decisions with business goals and objectives, ensuring that the user experience is in harmony with the strategy.
Use AI to enhance solutions, thinking and expedite development of concepts.
Have a good understanding of the Jobs to be Done (JTBD) framework and its pragmatic application to a client project, using a mix of JTBD and design thinking methods to achieve the best results for the usability of the solutions.
