What You’ll Do
Assemble and test complex electro‑optical systems, including VCSEL devices, in an advanced cleanroom manufacturing and R&D environment
Operate semiconductor process equipment such as pick‑and‑place, AuSn reflow soldering, wirebonding, epoxy die attach, and electro‑optical test systems
Perform laser alignment, characterization, and troubleshooting at the component and system level
Support process sustaining and new process development in collaboration with Engineering
Contribute to yield, throughput, and process improvements using SPC and production tracking tools
Support quality activities including DMRs, FAIs, inspections, and product pack‑out
Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to ensure high‑quality manufacturing operations
What You Need
High School Diploma with 3–5 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor processing, or cleanroom operations OR a recent graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Materials Engineering
Experience working from detailed technical drawings, Work Instructions, and process documentation
Hands‑on experience with precision measurement tools and electro‑optical test equipment
Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and outstanding visual acuity
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills
U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access restrictions

Salary Range:
$51,600.00-$68,800.000Pay Transparency
