1. 領導並管理轄下4到6條位業務督導團隊,負責區域多媒體行銷團隊的營運推動與目標管理,確保第一線行銷人員依循作業準則,執行銷售前KYC評估、商品適合性確認、銷售流程控管、售後服務品質維護,以及風險點評估與銷售爭議協調處理。
2. 規劃與推動銷售人才的發展與績效成長,透過日常銷售演練、情境式訓練與主管教練機制,協助督導提升輔導能力,進而帶動整體團隊業績與品質表現。
3. 制定區域業務發展策略,積極拓展潛在客戶,包含透過主動外撥與銷售開發,帶領團隊有效建立成交轉換流程,並將銷售開發活動完整記錄於系統。
4. 管理客戶關係與資源分配,依據公司政策與目標策略,妥善分配客戶資源,確保業務人員具備足夠潛力名單,同時追蹤每位督導轄下團隊之開發狀況、成交轉換率與售後服務流程,提升整體客戶滿意度與再購率。
5. 負責區域銷售目標與獎酬管理,涵蓋個人或團隊銷售目標分配,且能連動公司設定之獎金與激勵制度。需定期追蹤業績進度、進行問題診斷與策略修正,達成預期營收與成長指標。
6. 橫向協作與營運溝通橋梁角色,作為公司與各區域營運團隊之間的關鍵溝通者,提供營運回饋、支援政策落地執行,並統整區域銷售數據與管理報表,供高階主管決策依據。
