We are looking for you, located in Bonn or Trier (Hybrid) as a
UX/UI Design Specialist (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users
Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service
Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery
Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement
Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights
Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a user-centric design approach
Proactively challenging and improving the status quo by leveraging data and measurabl metrics to inform and refine the design process
Demonstrating the flexibility to reach compromises and contribute to bringing the product to a launch-ready state, while maintaining a strong user-centered focus
Balancing technical feasibility, economic value, and user needs to ensure the product delivers tangible benefits for both the business and its user
You bring along:
BSc in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field
3-5+ years of relevant experience in the field
Experience in working within a B2B context and a background in healthcare are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities and meet deadlines
Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers
Fluency in the design process and tools such as Figma, FigJam & Zeroheight
Experience in working with and contributing to Design Systems
Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility
Adept at planning and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery
Strong sense of teamwork, understanding the importance of collective responsibility and shared goals to achieve optimal outcomes
Working proficiency in German and English is required
