Job Summary: This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent Senate Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent Tenant Services Division, Upholstery Branch seeks a reliable and independent working Upholsterer Leader to motivate, counsel and lead other employees in accomplishing work in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions over upholstery work, carpet, drapery and Venetian blind maintenance and installation.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. -Knowledge of upholstery, drapery and floor covering installation work to provide technical assistance as well as lead, motivate and distribute work in line with the supervisor’s instructions.
