So, what’s the role all about?
NiCE Actimize is seeking a Business Analyst for the Professional Services team, skilled at implementing complex on‑premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions. You will deliver Actimize‑based compliance, risk management, and financial crime solutions to leading Financial Institutions (FIs). You bring a consulting mindset, high business acumen, excellent professional communication, and hands‑on BFSI experience with deep knowledge in Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention.

How will you make an impact?

  • Be accountable for deliverable quality and best practices.
  • SME for AML/Fraud prevention; team point of contact.
  • Collaborate with R&D, implementation, and customer support teams.
  • Define detailed functional requirements: source‑to‑target mapping, transformation rules, business logic, data integration.
  • Specify non‑functional requirements (performance, serviceability, scalability).
  • Interface with customers on data requirements; support product implementation.
  • Facilitate communication; prioritize/scope user stories with PM & Engineering.
  • Define acceptance criteria and functional test considerations; run demos.
  • Support Customer Support, Product, and Technical Presales; recommend features/design enhancements.
  • Support recruitment and hiring for the PS team.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 15+ years in software development/professional services (compliance domain).
  • Strong BFSI domain exposure (must).
  • Deep knowledge of AML or Fraud Prevention (must).
  • Onsite/offshore model exposure; stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; strong English presentation skills.
  • High‑performance, HA, scalable systems experience.
  • Strong Business Use Cases/Scenarios/Functional Test Cases writing.
  • Multitask/prioritize; quick learner on regulations.
  • Analyze, model, communicate business requirements.
  • Hands‑on data transformation; schemas, metadata, banking interfaces.
  • Data integration/quality/validation familiarity.
  • Spec creation and effective communication with software teams.
  • Strong SQL and analytical skills.
  • Prior BA/Data Analyst experience across engagements.
  • Experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies and product specs.
  • Proficiency: MS Teams, JIRA, AHA, Excel, Access, Visio.
