Location: Pet Lok Sang Branch, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage branches performance and branch staff to achieve the target set
- Manage and maintain a strong relationship with customers and high net worth customers
- Provide financial planning and investment advice to customers and upsell products and services
- Act as one-point contact for all customer requirements
- Support the Banking strategy with direct responsibility for sales and distribution at the branch, including priority banking, mortgage, auto loan.
- Undertakes sales planning and activities to achieve branch sales goals as well as sales management with full P&L responsibilities.
- Directly oversees the day to day running of branch operations in maintaining high level of efficiency and customer service excellence.
- Work closely with all related parties in aligning branch strategy and ensuring compliance within internal and external regulatory framework.
- Ensure all process of onboarding customers are fully complied with SOP, Policy and regulators
- Build a strong networking with all net worth customers to promote the banking products and services
- Manage and solve the customers complaint and report to Line Manager with agreeable time or turnaround time then escalate to the management for the unsolved complaint
- Participate in other business activities organized by the group of business owner, associations and others to build a good networking and exploring the sales opportunities for the bank
- lead by example, the highest standards in terms of teamwork, customer and staff care, and management competence and ethics. Produce the monthly, quarterly report sales report then reports to Line Manager
- Ensure the high security for branch and customers
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager and management
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance & banking or other related degrees
- At least 4 or 5 experience in the banking as a Branch Manager or Sales role
- Good knowledge in banking with operations, customer services and dealing with high net worth customers.
- Experience in dealing with management
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good Leadership and motivation skills.
- Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
- Conscious of details and accuracy
- English is proficiency
