This role will be responsible for: Managing multiple securities processing units Provide work guidance and direction to functional work units in achieving the basic objectives for daily processing, including monitoring and oversight of controls Stay abreast of industry advances and develop relevant strategic plans and proposals to allow Enterprise Operations to exploit technology advances in order to drive revenue, reduce cost or reduce risk Ensure staff is equipped with the appropriate tools, information and training to perform their duties Development for associates and supervisors, including regular review of Performance Objectives and Individual Development plans Ensure adherence to Department and Bank policies and procedures Other duties as assigned 10 years of experience in managing in Trust operations or Securities processing environment Bachelors degree in business related field Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, managers, and business partners Demonstrates high level problem resolution Microsoft Office product knowledge Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Excel Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written Demonstrates ability to partner with LOB leaders to deliver TUCE to customers Demonstrates outstanding leadership skills and ability to inspire others to action Demonstrates high level decision making skills using cost/benefit analysis Demonstrates ability to effectively develop and execute innovative ideas Demonstrates high level of knowledge in multiple areas of custody and/or trust accounting principles Must be able to effectively manage to an annual budget

Compensation Range:

$83,200.00 - $178,800.00
