About the Role:
Team Global Express is looking for a UKG PRO System Analyst to join our team based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role will focus on building, supporting, maintaining, and optimising our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) workforce management systems. Reporting to the UKG System Owner, you will play a key role in delivering the Workforce Time Capture Project, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and smooth deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.
Configure and maintain UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, CRTs, and Integrations for site deployments.
Act as the primary point of contact for UKG system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements during deployments and hypercare.
Support data imports from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance ahead of cutover.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Provide end-user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices.
Participate in project planning and execution for new UKG implementations or enhancements.
Support testing activities including parallel pay runs, UAT, and PVT.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience working with UKG systems (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central).
Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll processes, and workforce management.
Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with system integrations and APIs is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
UKG certifications or training.
Experience in project management or business analysis.
Understanding of database management, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture principles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
