To support this mission, we’re looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist to help keep HousingAnywhere and Kamernet safe, reliable, and trustworthy for our users!

Your team

You will join our Trust & Safety team, a 6-member team that protects the integrity of our platforms and ensures a safe environment for our users. By monitoring platform activity, investigating reports, and preventing fraud, the team plays a key role in maintaining trust across HousingAnywhere and Kamernet.

Your role

As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you protect the integrity of our platforms and help ensure a positive user experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Resolve general customer enquiries, including technical and account-related issues, with a strong focus on user satisfaction and retention.
  • Investigate user reports and Trust & Safety cases, taking appropriate action to ensure compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
  • Support fraud prevention activities to ensure our users interact only with legitimate and compliant users.
  • Document investigations and case outcomes accurately to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Build strong knowledge of our products and translate user feedback into improvements for the team and platform.
  • Work towards team KPIs, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Your profile

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with great focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills: you can spot suspicious behaviour and potential fraud, and apply the right policies.
  • Clear and empathetic communication.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and troubleshooting account issues.
  • Strong ownership and proactive mindset: you can work independently and always look for ways to improve processes.
  • Collaborative attitude, working effectively with team members and stakeholders.
