The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for assisting existing and prospective customers which includes collaborating with business and operations areas to smoothly and efficiently on-board new relationships or services. Receive required service request documents and agreements, as well as reviewing and rectifying any discrepancies. Assisting customers with their inquiries and advising them on how to obtain the appropriate service and resolving issues with treasury services as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities. Assisting with and supporting all treasury management customer service and training projects and maintaining current knowledge of products, policies, operations, and other key treasury management information.Job Description:

Understand online banking systems with a major focus on the IBC LINK (commercial) system and the services provided to commercial customers
Maintenance and support of the commercial online banking systems (Link)
Review monthly account analysis statements to ensure proper billing
Train customers on system functionality for commercial produces offered through Treasury Management
Provide administrative support to Treasury Sales and Treasury Market Manager (not all markets will have a Treasury Market Manager). Support includes scheduling meetings, document preparation, maintain customer files.
Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Operate office equipment, such as computers, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Manage and maintain department and executives' schedules.

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years related banking experience is preferred
1+ years customer service experience is preferred
