What You Will Do:

• Build, deploy, and manage teams across a variety of subject matter areas for projects the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) -- initially focusing with on the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).
• Coordinate with strategic business partners to deploy resources of varying expertise to address business needs across task orders.
• Develop and invest in relationships with DOT clients, helping match firm capabilities with their business needs.
• Bring industry experience and expertise to the broader account team, helping drive business development.

What You Will Need:

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Consulting, project management, business development and contract negotiation all within the federal space.
• Direct experience serving DOT clientele and an understanding of the DOT operating environment.
• Experience leading large teams of diverse skills and expertise.
• A deep understanding of government business development and contracting.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree from an accredited university.
