About the Role

As a Senior Influence Manager, you will fulfill an important role within the influencer team as the main POC for potential new opportunities for new clients in EMEA from an end-to-end perspective.. This role is an integrated influencer/thinker role - connecting execution to client objectives and wider social strategy. You will be the main liaison for Account Leads and Growth to receive and process any new local or regional opportunities coming from Monks or new clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate influencer strategies into clients' Social Media Strategies or develop influencer-led strategies in collaboration with the agency's creative teams.
  • Be a trusted Center of Excellence for Influencer Management within the agency and with clients, whereby you lead the commercial development of influencer offerings.
  • Responsible for influencer casting, development of selections, and guiding them through the approvals process.
  • Conduct outreach to influencers, creators, and their management teams to establish successful partnerships for our clients. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate influencer agreements, secure deliverables, and amplify impact.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and stay abreast of the latest influencer trends.
  • Show clear leadership competencies in terms of Influencer expertise and strategic narrative, coordination of teams during an influencer-led pitch.
  • Review campaign performance and ensure that it achieves the set KPIs.
  • Ensure optimal communication within the project teams at all stages of the campaign;
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of internal processes and efficiencies across teams and project team members. 
  • Contribute to the negotiation and production of campaign assets and participate in on-set productions;
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Be responsible for the financial requirements of your running campaigns. 
  • Identify growth opportunities on the accounts and support developing strategic proposals with the Growth team.
  • Wider responsibility for team and people management to foster best-in-class practices and delivery

 

About You

The essentials:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in influence.
  • Strong proficiency in client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for emerging communication trends in influence.
  • Creative mindset and excellent writing abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and high levels of accuracy;
  • Strong in driving operational excellence, and works most effectively.
  • Strong hands-on and can-do mentality, a personality who can work autonomously and within a team.
  • Strong understanding of the creator landscape talent agency network.
