The Role
The Transitions Manager will manage the relationship of new financial representatives to Integrity Alliance (IA) and Integrity Advisory Solutions (IAS) from the beginning of the recruiting process through the transition on-boarding process. S/he will help develop leads & determine suitability of the representative’s current business and cultural alignment with IA / IAS strategies, goals and compliance procedures. S/he will also be responsible for communicating our value proposition in the marketplace.
Essential Job Functions, other duties assigned
Manage the relationship of new financial representatives to IA / IAS from the beginning of the recruiting process through the transition on-boarding process.
Establish new relationships and foster existing relationships with financial advisors, through proactive telephone calls, e-mails and participating in industry meetings to develop qualified leads.
Assist and lead projects to identify and implement improvements for recruiting and transition department.
Assist in growing the Integrity Wealth value proposition in the market place by proactively positioning the firm as a top financial services destination for advisors by attending recruiting events and driving our overall message.
Lead the Onboarding, Transition, and training team while working across multiple departments to align with the vision and goals set by the executive leadership team

Experience and Education
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA or insurance industry experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College and 6-8 years related experience and/or training; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensing:
Series 7, 24 and 65/66 preferred
Physical Requirements: Office Position
Travel: 10% - 15%

Successfully add qualified producing representatives/advisors to Integrity Wealth
Build relationships with national FMO partners to drive qualified new leads to the firm
Proactively work with new representative through each step of the on-boarding/transition process
Strong Leadership and team building skills to work across multiple departments through the onboarding and transition process
Excellent communication skills with internal/external members to accomplish organizational objectives/goals
Help produce marketing content that will drive advisor activity
