Boeing Canada’s Production System Training (PST) organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced Training Analyst to join their group Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.

This position will support our Boeing Winnipeg operations with training analyst needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in data analysis. This individual is responsible for providing training support to leaders and employees on the production floor.

The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the Boeing Production System

  • Work with different stakeholders and partners to coordinate training needs

  • Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports

  • Perform ad hoc training queries

  • Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Maintain and monitor data integrity, perform risk assessments, identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Respond to inquiries and provide feedback

  • Participate in process improvement activities

This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years in training operations or learning analytics

  • Ability to collect, synthesize, and present training metrics (training schedules, completion reports)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills     

  • Experience organizing, prioritizing and attention to detail and ensuring accuracy

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods

  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years in training operations or learning analytics

  • Experience with a manufacturing environment

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems

  • Experience with data reporting from BERT/COGNOS, Tableau

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
