Job Description

The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), provides mentoring to Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver New Hire Training (NHT) for all incoming batches, ensuring smooth onboarding and process readiness.
  • Conduct Process Training and stay updated on any process changes; cascade updates to all in-scope teams and publish completion reports.
  • Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to design targeted refresher sessions.
  • Develop and maintain training content (PPTs, Word documents, Excel trackers) aligned with process requirements.
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly training reports accurately and on time.
  • Manage stakeholder and client communication effectively, ensuring alignment of training schedules and outcomes.
  • Conduct communication training to enhance language and soft skills for process excellence.
  • Ensure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain training MIS and documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and implement corrective training plans.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements based on training observations.
  • Handle escalations related to training and provide timely resolutions.

Ensure 100% compliance with organizational training standards and policies

Key skills & knowledge:

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of process workflows and quality standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset for TNA/TNI and reporting.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / post-graduate
