Get to know an international specialty chemicals group from a wide range of perspectives during the 18‑month trainee program and prepare yourself for a management career at Evonik.
We will design the structure of the program together with you, individually tailored to your strengths and interests. Starting on November 1, 2026, you will work on exciting and challenging projects across various departments and business units of the company. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a project focusing on social and/or sustainability topics. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees. A three‑month stay abroad is also an integral part of the program.
Embedded in the company’s network, you will learn from the best and be supported by a senior leader who will act as your mentor. We look forward to embarking on this journey with you!

Responsibilities
Get to know the different supply chain functions and tasks at Evonik Industries: this includes an introduction to the operational business as well as to the strategic supply chain functions and related areas, such as logistics
Take the opportunity to expand your professional know-how and apply it in the supply chain organization of an international company
Get to know the relevant supply chain tools and processes on the job and take on initial responsibility for smaller projects
Expand your technical and methodological expertise together with trainees from other functions and build up a network within and outside the supply chain organizations
Requirements
Above-average Master's degree (Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or Business Administration) with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar
Initial practical experience (e.g. through internships)
Knowledge in the field of digitalization/ automation/ big data analytics is a plus
Initial intercultural experience through experience abroad
Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English as well as Germany-wide and international mobility
Very good communication skills and enjoy working in an international team
Outstanding analytical skills, independence and a sense of responsibility
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as creativity
