Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the analysis and optimization of production lines and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) on the shop floor.
* Collect and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.
* Participate in the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to achieve operational goals.
* Learn and apply quality control methodologies and tools to ensure product standards are met.

Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
*Availability for 6 to 12 months.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
* Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
