  • Create detailed and robust manufacturing test procedures and documentation

Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with manufacturing and Failure Review Board (FRB) teams to analyze test failures
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce test escapes
  • Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and throughput

Manufacturing Support

  • Provide hands-on support to manufacturing test technicians for troubleshooting and repair
  • Train and guide manufacturing teams on proper use of test equipment and fixtures
  • Ensure stability and uptime of test systems on the production floor

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Support NPI efforts by developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions
  • Collaborate with local and remote design teams to ensure test readiness for production
  • Validate test coverage and readiness before product ramp

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Provide technical oversight for contract manufacturers (CMs) and internal manufacturing processes
  • Mentor and train junior manufacturing and test engineers
  • Drive best practices across manufacturing test engineering

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in PCBA and/or system-level manufacturing environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing test systems and troubleshooting
  • Experience with automated test development and test equipment integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications
