As a Title, your role will focus on support for administrative and learning tasks in the areas of Training, TLOD and HR for the SE cluster IT/ES/PT
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties in the areas of Training, TLOD and HR.
- Operate training management systems (LMS) and HR software.
- Collaborate in supplier management, including registration and coordination in internal systems.
- Collaborate in training coordination, including course planning, registration, attendance control and compliance guidelines monitoring (Vendors Onboard).
- Manage training hours per employee and produce internal and external reports.
- Collect and manage local user data.
- LMS management, coordinating and maintaining training assignments in the Training Platforms.
- Generate and analyze reports on training activities and TLOD.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Operate in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital tools.

Your Profile:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within Training & Development and HR.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Learning management systems (LMS) and HR software (Workday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ariba, SAP, AGIR, Aravo
- Advanced Spanish, Italian, English and Portuguese
