Pour répondre aux attentes des professionnels de santé, le/la TAS s'engage avec eux dans un dialogue scientifique approfondi, conforme aux indications de l'étiquette.
Ce rôle implique de nouer et d'entretenir une crédibilité professionnelle solide auprès des leaders d'opinion et des oncologistes médicaux en milieu communautaire, des professionnels de santé associés et d'autres parties prenantes dans le parcours de soins des patients, en tant qu'interlocuteur·rice principal·e.
Le/la TAS assure la liaison avec les autres fonctions de BMS selon les besoins afin d'offrir une meilleure expérience client globale. Ce rôle accordera la priorité à l'utilisation sûre et appropriée des produits BMS, tout en se concentrant sur les résultats commerciaux globaux et les objectifs de performance, en incarnant les valeurs de BMS.

The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within our Oncology portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs' expectations, the TAS engages them with deep scientific dialogue on and consistent with label.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with thought leaders and community-based medical oncologists, allied healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher customer experience. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
