Coordinator, Social Media and Community (Lifestyle & Performance)

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Coordinator, Social Media & Community at The North Face looks a little like this.

The Coordinator, Social Media & Community is a key support role within The North Face’s global social team, working across both Performance and Lifestyle verticals. This person will provide executional and operational support to three social managers — ensuring flawless publishing, calendar management, and cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about social media. They’re excited to learn, ready to execute, and bring fresh ideas to the table while keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Provide daily support to the Social Media Managers for both Lifestyle and Performance verticals.
  • Own the publishing and QA process across global and regional social channels via Opal, Sprinklr, and native tools.
  • Ensure creative accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery across campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Brand Marketing teams to traffic assets and deliver final files on time.
  • Support content capture, organization, and delivery for upcoming campaigns, events, and launches.
  • Assist with the execution and monitoring of post-level boosting across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
  • Partner with Paid Media and Analytics to evaluate reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Document learnings and test outcomes to refine future amplification strategies.
  • Track engagement, EMV, and audience sentiment to inform strategy.
  • Help report out on post and campaign performance for ongoing initiatives, bi-weekly and monthly summaries.
  • Support internal communication across Brand, Sports Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign launches and social deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate content trackers, meeting recaps, and posting calendars to streamline team workflows.
  • Help coordinate asset sharing and approvals across departments.
  • Support social managers in overseeing the external community management agency to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Keep a pulse on audience sentiment and surface relevant updates or key moments to the broader team.

What do you need to succeed?
