Sr Executive Assistant

As the Sr. Executive Assistant, you will directly support the VP of Field Engineering for APJ, serving as a strategic partner to help operationalize both day-to-day and long-term initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and our executives to ensure we meet the needs of our customers, partners, and employees.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the VP and Field Engineering department, triaging, prioritizing, and responding to high-priority requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.​

  • Ensure the VP is fully prepared for meetings, briefings, and travel, managing a dynamic, complex calendar across multiple international time zones and anticipating needs in advance.​

  • Enable effective time management for the VP by facilitating logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel—leveraging strong organizational skills to coordinate end-to-end execution.​

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the company, building a robust network to optimize the efficiency and impact of the APJ Field Engineering team.​

  • Drive operational excellence and support strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-through on action items, budget planning, reporting, and contract administration.​

  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality while providing high-touch, white-glove support to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VP's dynamic calendar, travel, and event logistics.

  • Prepare confidential correspondence, meeting notes, and reports.

  • Organize offsite meetings, team events, and department programs.

  • Coordinate contractual activities and vendor approvals.

  • Collaborate with other assistants to manage coverage and projects.

Competencies & Requirements

  • 7+ years supporting executives in global software or tech environments.

  • Experience supporting VPs/SVPs in Engineering or Product roles.

  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and cross-time zone scheduling.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High discretion, judgment, and process improvement capabilities.
