[What the role is]
This is a temporary role with the Student Development & Alumni Affairs Department.
[What you will be working on]
The successful candidate will be expected to support the department’s operational work related to Alumni engagement and financial aids & awards including but not limited to the following:
- Manual tracking of Alumni contributions and monitor staff to update contributions
- Respond to simple Alumni enquiries, and maintaining alumni contact database.
- Manage the distribution of monthly newsletters via “postman” platform and scheduling for weekly emailers
- Support in sourcing and maintaining a list of alumni merchant benefits
- Support in coordination for content creation of featured alumni
- Support in data checking for CCA Scholarships applications
- Support in organising CCA Scholarship ceremony such as RSVP, collation of photos for ceremony presentation
- Support in data checking & coordination with nominees for interviews for Temasek Student Excellence Awards (TSEA) nominations
- Support in the organsiing of TSEA ceremony such as RSVP, collating of photos, contacting top winners for photo shoots etc.
- Support in data checking for CCA Assistance Funds applications/nominations
- Support in managing graduation gift packs and alumni booth at graduation
- Support Dept-wide events such as Week Zero Orientation and these events may be held after office hours.
[What we are looking for]
- Qualification in any discipline with relevant work experience, preferably 3 years, in customer service-related fields and handling large database.
- Meticulous and systematic in handling large databases.
- Good communication (written and spoken), organisational and administrative skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with a wide age group of customers and be service oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially excel, and online tools.
- Willing to work beyond office hours when required.
