Prospect and acquire new SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) clients through outbound telesales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability goals.
Plan and execute effective sales strategies for assigned market segments.
Generate qualified leads through research, campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms with decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and client onboarding) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide continuous feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Negotiation (preferred).
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or commercial roles within B2B services, call centers, or technology sectors.
Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Languages:
Spanish: Native or fluent.
English: Basic to intermediate (reading and writing).
