Your Role

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share and maximize revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the automotive industry, conducting market research and analysis as necessary.
  • Drive the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, engineering, and operations to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments in support of sales initiatives.

  • Allocate resources such as sales budgets, manpower, and marketing funds to optimize sales activities and achieve targets.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and distributors to enhance market penetration and sales opportunities.
