Intel Supply Chain Planning IT team is seeking a Technology Product Owner to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel Supply Chain Planning Capabilities.
As a Technology Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of Intel Foundry's Demand Planning solutions. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, you will oversee the complete product lifecycle, from design conceptualization to development and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. By defining the product vision and roadmap, crafting detailed user stories, and prioritizing the team backlog, you will empower cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance Intel's supply chain technology landscape and streamline business operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to Intel's success in shaping the future of technological advancements and maintaining its leadership in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to guide execution.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog to optimize development workflows and program goals.
Lead and actively participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Assess design feasibility, evaluate business value, and analyze risks to ensure impactful product solutions.
Partner with delivery teams to negotiate and commit to requirements while ensuring conceptual and technical integrity.
Provide continuous feedback to delivery teams to improve product quality and functionality.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Monitor progress, estimate effort, and ensure projects are completed on schedule without compromising quality.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelors with 6+ years or Masters with 4+ years' experience in Engineering Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems or any related field of relevant experience in required skills section.
Required skills:
Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Planning with focus in Demand Planning process.
Experience with Designing and deploying solutions using enterprise planning software solutions such as Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, JDA DM, Kinaxis, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Demantra, SAP APO or equivalent.
Product backlog management, requirement gathering, and business analysis.
Expertise in process mapping, solution design, and acceptance testing for enterprise-level applications.
Managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of supply planning and demand planning processes, particularly within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Experience with supply chain analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
Familiarity with statistical modeling, AI/ML algorithms, or predictive analytics for business process optimization.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $137,610.00-227,270.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
