Day-to-day task:
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior components
• Conduct facility inspections and respond to work orders using building automation systems and computerized maintenance management systems
• Maintain detailed records and asset history documentation for all facility equipment and systems
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and after-hours building emergencies as required
• Complete assigned facility due diligence efforts and prepare summary reports for management with recommended actions
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, codes, and maintain clean, safe work areas
• Attend periodic training seminars, complete monthly safety training, and stay current with industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Basic knowledge of energy management systems and building controls
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling and work order management
• 5-year experience working in commercial real estate or multi-tenant facilities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting
