The Technical Software Program Manager (TPM) supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology-driven programs and projects across GRAIL’s Software, IT, and Platform Engineering organizations. This role combines program management discipline with technical understanding to ensure programs are executed efficiently, meet defined objectives, and align with business and technical priorities.
Operating under general direction, the TPM manages projects of moderate scope and complexity, coordinating multiple stakeholders and dependencies to ensure progress, mitigate risks, and deliver outcomes on time and within scope. The TPM applies PMBOK principles and Agile practices to maintain visibility, accountability, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office in Menlo Park, CA. Please note we will be relocating our office to Sunnyvale, CA in 2026 and you must be willing to work a hybrid schedule from that location as well once we move.
