About The Role:

Our Technical Recruiters build and execute on our engineering and product hiring strategy. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and closing top technical talent who can deliver on our product roadmap. You will act as a partner to engineering and product leadership driving a disciplined hiring process that prioritizes the right hire and ensures a world-class candidate experience. Success is measured by quality of hire, time to fill, partnership, and anticipating talent needs. 

What You'll Do:

  • Source and hire experienced technical talent in trading, brokerage, clearing, or market infrastructure
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process to meet hiring goals, including sourcing and identifying trends
  • Establish consultative relationships with across teams, developing a deep understanding of their goals
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate assessment frameworks, 
  • Facilitate disciplined interview loops and leading calibration discussions
  • Drive the offer process, including preparing offer packets, presenting offers, and negotiating
  • Track and analyze metrics to provide data-driven insights to partners across DriveWealth

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 8 YOE recruiting for an Engineering/Tech Division in Financial Services, tech, or an agency 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant experience
  • Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • Experience of identifying and proactively engaging with engineering talent
  • Knowledge of the financial services/technology industry 
  • Solid communication and relationship management skills; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
  • Strong understanding of an end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage across multiple teams
  • Ability to work effectively within and across teams 
  • Comfortable in a fast environment, handling multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on quality
  • A track record of ownership and disciplined execution in high-stakes environments
  • The ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focussing on what’s critical versus important to drive work to completion
  • A client-oriented mindset with an understanding of how your work impacts partners
  • Strength in cross-functional partnership with the judgment to coordinate across multiple teams
  • A bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in everything you do

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$150,000$175,000 USD
