What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical collateral, white papers, product demos, and solution briefs to support the SoM and Display portfolio for global markets.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, sales teams and Arrows vertical Marketing Team to ensure messaging aligns with technical capabilities and customer needs.
- Represent Arrow as a technical authority in customer engagements, supplier meetings, webinars, industry events, and training sessions.
- Own the creation and delivery of training programs for Arrow sales, FAE, and partner teams to improve technical proficiency in SoMs.
- Analyze customer application requirements, industry trends, and supplier competitive benchmarks to inform product positioning and solution strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers’ engineering teams and Arrow’s commercial functions to ensure accurate transfer of technical information and enablement.
- Support the development of global launch campaigns, technical roadshows, and solution showcases to accelerate market adoption of Arrow’s SoMs.
- Track and report technical campaign impact, customer engagement metrics, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on SoM technology advances and industry standards to ensure Arrow maintains thought leadership and technical relevance.
- Identify new suppliers to fill potential gaps
- Identify future high growth technologies & target applications
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
- +4 years of technical experience in embedded modules, system solutions, product marketing, or applications engineering.
- Strong ability to explain complex technology concepts to both technical and commercial audiences.
- Experience working with global engineering and sales teams in a matrixed organization.
- Skilled in technical writing, presentation, and use of digital content management platforms.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$53,350.00 - $62,500.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
