We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Technical Key Account Manager Associate to join our Institutional team in Bangkok, Thailand.   

What You’ll Do:

Technical Key Account Manager Associate with Diversey will drive business growth by providing innovative laundry and hygiene solutions to customers across hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundry sectors. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales, working closely with customers on-site to deliver equipment support, troubleshooting, operational improvements, and value-added solutions. You will also focus on growing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating business pipeline according to Country Target direction.

  • Prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation and value proposition of Diversey’s Laundry Business 

  • To work directly and on site with customers providing dispenser installation, dispenser commissioning, equipment maintenance & calibration, water testing & analysis, and troubleshooting.

  • Liaise with Technicians to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts. 

  • Execute all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, chemical stock management, new business implementation, and follow-up within designated Customer Portfolio.

  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels. 

  • To work with current customers and prospects to find solutions meet desired sales and service needs 

  • Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s). 

  • Monitor and report for both respective accounts and aligned Key Accounts by utilizing corresponding tools, such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reporting, market share analysis, and other reports requested by central stakeholders and supervisors. 

  • Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising, to reinforce value proposition and brand equity. 

  • Hold monthly and quarterly review session with customers’ heads of department. 

  • Grow sales in geographic area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations. 

  • Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Textile, Environmental, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, account management, or service-related roles within commercial laundry, hospitality, healthcare, hygiene, cleaning chemicals, or industrial solutions industries.

  • Experience working with commercial laundry equipment, chemical dosing/dispenser systems, water testing, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and customer training is highly preferred.

  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical recommendations and value-added solutions to customers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset, able to work independently after proper training and collaborate effectively with technicians and cross-functional teams.
