Technical Account Manager Senior Analyst
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager Senior Analyst to join our team, reporting to Sr. Director - Client Support Services.
In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver high quality outsourced services, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless operational execution across business process and IT service engagements.
You’ll fit right in if you’re client centric, detail oriented, collaborative, and enjoy working with global teams to solve operational challenges that meaningfully impact our clients and the business.

What You’ll Do

Ensure successful delivery of outsourced services, meeting or exceeding contract commitments, service levels, and client expectations.
Translate client requirements into actionable plans by contributing to project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets, ensuring operational and subcontractor teams are fully aligned.
Build and maintain strong day‑to‑day client relationships, providing guidance, support, and timely issue resolution.
Identify commercial opportunities by promoting Nasdaq capabilities, spotting upsell/extension potential, and supporting account teams to grow business within assigned accounts.
Serve as a key resource for vendors and distributors, providing consultation on Nasdaq and industry products, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in client service, vendor management, or technology‑driven service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, connect technical and business needs, and support contract execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, global environments.
• Comfortable working with tools and processes related to service delivery, product support, and project execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience promoting products or solutions to vendors, subscribers, or enterprise clients.
• Background in capital markets, financial technology, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with global operational models and multicultural stakeholder engagement.

This position will be located in Mexico City  and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
