Team Leader – AOD Operations
Behind every effective AOD service is strong operational leadership.
We are seeking a Team Leader – AOD Operations who brings clarity, accountability, and heart to the systems that support life-changing work across our services.
You will be a values-driven systems thinker who finds meaning in creating order from complexity, understands that sound governance and strong business practice enhance outcomes for vulnerable community members, and take our innovative Alcohol and Other Drug treatment services to the next level.
You will provide operational, financial, and administrative leadership across all WA AOD sites, ensuring services operate efficiently, ethically, and in line with funding, policy, and best-practice standards. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure our services are compliant, sustainable, and continually improving.
Your leadership will directly support service growth, innovation, and quality outcomes for individuals, families, and communities affected by alcohol and other drug use.
This is a full time permanent SCHADS Level 6 role based in Highgate.
Operational governance & compliance
Performance, reporting and quality improvement
Financial and contract management
Safe, client-focused service systems
Relevant qualification in Business, Accounting, Leadership, or similar
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business and/or Operations Management (essential)
Not-for-profit and AOD experience highly regarded
Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office (Excel) and SharePoint
Excellent time management, organisational, and administrative capability
Strong written and verbal communication with proven stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability in process and system development within complex, people-focused environments
Demonstrated experience in report writing, submissions, and presentations
Proven people leadership capability, building high-performing teams to achieve organisational outcomes
Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free + $2,650 meal entertainment benefit.
