JOB DESCRIPTION

Nature and aim of the position

The holder of this position manages the sell-out team in accordance with the Group sales strategies to improve the market position and gain new business in respective areas. In addition also manages sell-out of assigned IKA and important KA accounts.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Budget preparation and definition of sales objectives and strategies
  • Ensure the country plan is coherent with the Group and Sales strategies
  • Delivery of budgeted financial targets and activity objectives
  • Coach and drive the sell-out  team
  • Business reports/analysis to line manager
  • Interaction and coordination with Admin and other Functions 
  • Manage assigned IKA portfolios and related sell-out activities

  • New business
  • Ageing

Background and Education

  • University graduate
  • Strong business background
  • Result oriented
  • 3 years experience of leading, managing and developing a sales team
  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Ability to coach and drive the sell-out organization
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
