JOB DESCRIPTION
Nature and aim of the position
The holder of this position manages the sell-out team in accordance with the Group sales strategies to improve the market position and gain new business in respective areas. In addition also manages sell-out of assigned IKA and important KA accounts.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Budget preparation and definition of sales objectives and strategies
- Ensure the country plan is coherent with the Group and Sales strategies
- Delivery of budgeted financial targets and activity objectives
- Coach and drive the sell-out team
- Business reports/analysis to line manager
- Interaction and coordination with Admin and other Functions
- Manage assigned IKA portfolios and related sell-out activities

- University graduate
- Strong business background

- 3 years experience of leading, managing and developing a sales team
- Fluent written and spoken English
