As Team Lead ERP Travel & Expense Management (Product Manager) (m/f/d), you are the architect of our operational excellence, ensuring our technical solutions enable complex requirements for senior stakeholders. Your vision and leadership are the compass guiding us through digital transformation.
The Travel & Expense Management Product consists of a complex, integrated landscape encompassing SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, and Intelligence), SAP ECC and S/4HANA, and Snowflake for analytics and compliance reporting. You will ensure total business continuity by managing and monitoring the critical middleware and integration layers that connect these components. Beyond technical stability, the role focuses on driving value through strategic SaaS vendor management and continuous service optimization.
This position serves as a key technical enabler for the Roche OneT&E vision, understanding and supporting business strategy of standardisation, optimization of travel policies, compliance, and corporate credit card initiatives. By aligning with Business Stakeholders (RSS and Global Procurement), you will ensure the seamless delivery of T&E technology for One T&E Strategy as well as major enterprise programs, including ASPIRE (Global S/4 HANA Program) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). This area involves translating business efficiency programs into technical reality, ensuring all solutions are delivered with the quality and timing necessary to support global organizational goals.
In this role, you are accountable for the entire lifecycle of the "Travel & Expense Management" product – from the initial idea and strategic roadmap to scaling and retirement. You are the driving force behind the Roche OneT&E vision, translating complex business needs into high-value and compliant technology solutions.
In addition, this role will be responsible for various Demand to Pay Value Stream topics, driving consistent ways of working and delivery excellence across the board. This brings an opportunity to showcase your experience and also develop in areas such as portfolio management, technical roadmap collation, workforce planning, project management (e.g. M&A) and financial management and reporting.
Strategy & Vision: You define the product strategy and roadmap for SAP Concur (Travel & Expense), SAP S/4HANA, and Snowflake analytics in alignment with global corporate goals, proactively integrating modern AI capabilities.

Leadership & Development: You lead a multidisciplinary technical team, foster agile ways of working, and create an environment where innovation and continuous learning thrive.
Performance & Optimization: You define success metrics (KPIs), use data analytics to optimize user satisfaction, and are responsible for business cases and resource planning for your area.
Compliance & Quality: You ensure that all solutions are operated sustainably, in compliance with regulations (e.g., GxP, GDPR), and securely.
You are an inspiring leader with a deep understanding of complex IT ecosystems and the ability to engage people around a shared vision.
You hold a degree in IT, Bioinformatics, or a comparable field.
You bring extensive professional experience (at least 6-8 years) in product management or business analysis, with at least 2 years in a regulated environment (Pharma/Biotech).
