The Position

Team Lead Product Engineering Commercial Pharma International 360 Insights 

As a Team Lead Product Engineering Commercial Pharma International 360 Insights (Senior Engineering Manager), you will focus on capabilities development of your team members that align with the function’s vision. You will encourage your team to self-define their career journey and seek ways to enable development opportunities in the direction of that journey. By supporting them in removing roadblocks and setting focus in their performance management, you ensure a healthy team dynamic and a sustainable pace of work.

Description of the area

As a technologist and engineering leader, this position defines the architectural roadmap and technical execution for a portfolio of products enabling the Marketing, Sales, Omnichannel and Commercial value streams. This role partners closely with the Pharma International affiliates and Business Product Owners (BPO) and is accountable for the selection, design, and integration of cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable, resilient digital solutions that transform strategic intent into business impact.

Illustrative examples include:

  • Creating a seamless, personalized experience to reduce the gap between sales strategy and execution.

  • Redefining commercial operations using AI-driven insights to streamline distribution and anticipate demand.

  • Combining GenAI and predictive modeling with essential performance analytics to optimize decisions from pipeline strategy to marketing ROI.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will lead the architectural integrity and selection of digital technologies that power enterprise-level customer engagement and measurement strategies.

  • Lead technical execution by translating the BPO’s strategic roadmap into high-fidelity technical plans ensuring long-term scalability.

  • Drive engineering excellence to ensure output consistently meets the ROI and adoption targets defined by the business.

  • Deploy advanced BI solutions across descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using Modern Visualization Tools and LLM/AI toolsets.

  • Drive Technology Leadership in the AI and Digital space to be embedded within the solutions and products 

  • Ensure rigorous compliance of all analytics products with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and internal data privacy standards.

  • Co-create the Product Roadmap from a technical perspective in close partnership with Product Management.

  • Account for end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring alignment with quality standards and the overall product vision.

  • Optimize team performance by defining success metrics, analyzing workforce trends, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

  • Manage financial resources including team budgets, headcount, and vendor contracts to maximize business impact.

You will have the opportunity to work with an extensive and modern tech stack that includes the AWS suite, Data & Analytics backbone (such as DataBricks, dbt, Kafka, and SnowFlake), AI/ML stack (Python, MLflow, Kubeflow etc.). You will be expected to have working knowledge of these technologies, to lead and build engineering teams with credibility.

  • Experienced Leader: You bring 10+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, or program management with a track record of building high-performing teams.

  • Industry Expert: You possess 2+ years of experience specifically within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.

  • Formally Educated: You hold a Bachelor or advanced degree with a specialization in Business or IT.

  • Technically Proficient: You have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, solution architecture, and information processes.

  • Agile Practitioner: You exhibit a lean and agile mindset with the ability to create clarity regarding outcomes generated by your teams.

  • Servant Leader: You demonstrate VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) behaviors and have the ability to empower individuals to act autonomously.

  • Strategic Navigator: You possess strong business acumen and executive presence, allowing you to manage complexity and navigate ambiguity effectively.

  • Salary range 23,300 - 43,300 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 280,000.00 PLN-520,000.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
