The candidate will support the team with general Compliance topics such as:
- Conduct second-line of defense controls for the Compliance team
- Analyze, document and consolidate test results for the Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure that regulatory and group requirements are met
- Review and update guidelines if required based on regulatory changes in order to meet regulatory requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments across Asia, derive recommendations and maintain regulatory horizon trackers
- Prepare and assist with the creation of compliance related reports that will be provided to senior management and the Board of Directors on a periodic basis
- Review documents. to ensure that they are compliant with the regulatory frameworks
- Maintain engagement with regulatory counsel, consultants and fund administrators, etc.
- Participate in compliance related projects
- Complete other assigned tasks on a wide variety of subjects
