Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers to achieve organizational objectives.
- Set clear goals, give feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑oriented environment.
- Support career development and provide mentorship to team members.
- Contribute directly to design and development of software solutions
- Guide architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
- Identify technical risks, evaluate new solutions, and prevent potential issues.
- Support troubleshooting and serve as a hands‑on contributor when needed.
- Oversee day‑to‑day project work, ensuring alignment with scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate resources, plan work assignments, and manage workload prioritization
- Track progress, anticipate issues, and resolve delivery obstacles
- Work with product managers, designers, QA, architects, and operations teams to align on deliverables.
- Communicate updates, challenges, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industry Automation or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in leading SW development team
- Direct experience in a software product development work as engineering role
- Direct experience in leading web development
- Direct experience with Agile software development process and servant at scrum master
You Might Also Have:
- Direct experience with the Industrial Automation industry
- Direct experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
- This role will require close collaboration with engineers based in China; therefore, the ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
