Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up!
Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
We have 300+ students who will do over $15 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into Campus Managers.

As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our CM Recruiting Manager.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and/or some sales/recruiting experience.
One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You'll directly be responsible for that.
Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and source leads
- Prepare a thorough and detailed recruitment process plan
- Promoting and marketing the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns including calls, emails, texts, etc
- Screen potential CM candidates
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our Business Development Managers
- Work with our Campus Recruiting Manager & Associates to hit quarterly recruiting goals
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics
- Coordinate with our recruiting & training teams
Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Job Location
- This role is 100% remote!
Work Timing
- This is a salaried role, not an hourly role. However, to make sure we can coordinate across time zones we ask that everyone in this role be available for meetings/emails/g-chats, etc at least from approximately 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST.
