Job Descriptions:

  • Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture Program by developing and executing of strategic business initiatives and action plans to strengthen its value proposition, enhance awareness, attract talent, equip recruiters, and nurture candidate to expand the Program scale.
  • Review and evaluate the PRUVenture business model to ensure its methodologies align with agency force growth & adopt to evolving demographic characteristics of the agency
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with agency leaders and relevant industry bodies to exchange business insights & explore collaboration opportunities
  • Plan and oversee the learning & career development of direct reports & team staff to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce
  • Ensure full regulatory and Company policy compliance of the PRUVenture Program in all operations and activities.
  • Prepare, monitor and optimize budget allocation and manpower utilization to achieve program efficiency and financial discipline.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with agency learning & development background
  • Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
  • 12 years or above training and business development experience in life insurance industry
  • 7 years or above management experience
  • Familiar with agency culture
  • Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
  • Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills
