The Talent Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Member Care organization, driving business outcomes through thoughtful, data-informed people strategies. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into proactive talent plans that strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and team performance. As a trusted partner, you will guide leaders through workforce planning, organizational design, change management, employee relations, and broader people related initiatives. You will balance strategic partnership with strong execution, ensuring people practices are aligned to business goals, driving key results.
This role directly supports the Member Care organization—our front-line, member-facing operations team of care coordinators, advocates, and specialists who support members with navigation, benefits, and day-to-day service needs—operates as a core member of the Talent & Organization (TAO) team, and reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Partners.
