About tvScientific

tvScientific is the first and only CTV advertising platform purpose-built for performance marketers. We leverage massive data and cutting-edge science to automate and optimize TV advertising to drive business outcomes. Our solution combines media buying, optimization, measurement, and attribution in one, efficient platform. Our platform is built by industry leaders with a long history in programmatic advertising, digital media, and ad verification who have now purpose-built a CTV performance platform advertisers can trust to grow their business.

tvScientific is looking for a Marketing Manager to help position tvScientific as a leader in CTV advertising. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-priority corporate marketing initiatives — including Tier 1 campaigns and key industry events — ensuring they run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver maximum impact. This is a hands-on role for a strategic, highly organized marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings clarity and structure to complex cross-functional projects, and has a proven track record of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns and event logistics.

What you'll do:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Own the planning process for our Tier 1 integrated marketing campaigns. Partner with marketing leadership to define campaign goals, audiences, key messages, success metrics, and integrated launch plans.
  • Campaign Project Management: Build and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder ownership. Lead kickoffs and weekly status check-ins, and ensure campaigns ship on time and with high quality.
  • Event Planning: Own planning and logistics for key industry events and hosted activations, including conferences, partner events, ancillary events, etc. Manage vendor relationships, run of show, internal communications, and on-site readiness.
  • Campaign & Event Operations: Create repeatable systems, templates, and processes to improve how we run campaigns and events. Maintain campaign calendars, checklists, and launch playbooks that bring clarity and consistency to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the quarterback for campaign execution across teams (content, design, product marketing, growth marketing, sales, leadership, etc.). Ensure stakeholders have clear expectations, deadlines, and accountability.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Partner with growth marketing and marketing leadership to ensure campaign and event results are tracked and reported. Support post-mortems and continuous improvement by documenting learnings and recommending improvements.
  • How We'll Define Success
    • Creating high-quality campaigns that are launched on time, with clear ownership.
    • Planning events that run smoothly and professionally, and contribute to increased brand awareness and opportunity generation.
    • Building a stronger operational rhythm for both events and campaigns, including defined timelines, templates, and planning cadences.
    • Increasing leadership visibility into upcoming campaign launches and event priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in events and/or integrated marketing, ideally in B2B tech or ad tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong examples of running cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Experience planning and executing long-running marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing event logistics and operations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and reliable under deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Experience in ad tech, marketing tech, or performance marketing
    • Familiarity with TV advertising, CTV/OTT, or the media landscape
    • Previous experience in a startup environment
    • Experience using Asana
