Position Summary

As a critical member of the Talent Development team, you'll drive end‑to‑end training initiatives, conduct needs analyses, craft detailed storyboards, scripts, and interactive modules with authoring tools, and delivering dynamic workshops in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and determine appropriate learning objectives.
  • Create detailed storyboards, scripts and interactive content for learning modules.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance and alignment with overall goals.

  • Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions and workshops on professional skills and leadership topics.

  • Utilize instructional design tools and authoring software along with the learning management systems (LMS) to manage content.

  • Manage multiple instructional design projects from conception to evaluation.

  • Stay current on the latest talent development practices, industry trends, and learning technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional certifications in a field that provides a foundational understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning principles and models with a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design.

  • Expertise in using Articulate authoring tools and familiarity with LMS platforms.

  • Experience in instruction design utilizing adult learning principles and instructional design principles to develop effective course content to deliver engaging and relevant learning experiences.

  • Experience in facilitating training programs, managing multiple projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and meeting project deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess learning needs and evaluate outcomes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively with SMEs, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $69,070 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
