This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
How You'll Make An Impact
Boomi is seeking a Talent Operations & Program Management Lead, a role that blends advanced recruiting analytics, TA systems ownership, and program management. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will shape the operational backbone of our global hiring function.

What You’ll Do
Data & Analytics
Serve as the TA team’s analytics expert, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and storytelling excellence
Design, build, and maintain user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reporting suites
Define and track KPIs that measure TA effectiveness (e.g., interview health, funnel conversion, quality of hire)
Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes that influence hiring outcomes
Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting for TA leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners
Extract and transform data from systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby Analytics, and more
Talent Operations & Systems
Act as the primary Greenhouse administrator, owning workflows, integrations, offer templates, audits, and documentation
Manage and continuously optimize Boomi’s TA tech stack, ensuring tools are integrated, optimized, and user-friendly
Identify and lead opportunities for automation and AI-driven workflow enhancements
Support vendor management, including renewals, tool evaluations, and performance tracking
Programs & Strategic Initiatives
Own and scale Boomi’s interviewer training program, ensuring consistent, inclusive, and effective hiring practices globally
Support major cross-functional TA projects such as system implementations, referrals, process audits, and special initiatives tied to TA’s strategic imperatives
Act as a thought partner to the Global Head of TA, bringing innovative ideas on technology, AI, and future-of-work trends
Continuously improve operational rigor, candidate experience, and the overall recruiting lifecycle as Boomi scales globally
The Experience You Bring
7+ years in TA Operations, recruiting analytics, or talent programs, ideally in a global environment
Strong analytical background with experience in Power BI, Looker, SQL, and advanced Excel
Skilled at interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and crafting insights that influence stakeholders
Experienced in owning, implementing, and enhancing TA systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, Gem, BrightHire, or similar tools preferred)
Understanding of global hiring compliance, data integrity, and risk management
Proven ability to design and scale recruiting programs (interview training, referrals, process optimization)
Curious, tech-forward, and energized by experimenting with AI and automation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment
Experienced in TA reporting and familiar with DEI and ethical AI best practices in recruiting
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with sourcing and interview intelligence tools (Gem, BrightHire, etc.)
Prior work with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Background in fraud prevention strategies in recruiting technology

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $113,000 - $142,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
