As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be joining our truly diverse Regional Talent Acquisition Team and work with colleagues across EMEA & SEA region. You will play a key role in delivering Hempel’s ambitious new strategy: Accelerate to win and our purpose Make our world last longer, beautifully. To support these ambitions, you will be part of a world-class Talent Acquisition team, delivering operational excellence in the end-to-end recruitment processes and strategic talent pipelining to meet future demand.
In this role you will act as a talent attraction expert and be responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the entire recruitment cycle from strategic planning with business leaders to attraction, sourcing, interviewing, offer management and candidate experience.
You will be based in our office in Gdansk, Poland and you will be managing recruitments for our Gdansk office as well as our factory in Poland and support with recruitments across the region as well. This will be a maternity cover and hence we are looking for someone who can work with us for a period of 1 year.
