What you will be doing:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent at Premier Inc. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and provides a strong foundation for a future career in HR or talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities

Support recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Assist with posting requisitions.
Help source and identify potential candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases.
Review and screen resume to match qualified candidates to open roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Workday.
Participate in initial phone screens or candidate outreach when appropriate.
Participate in Intake Sessions with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Help to create candidate pools in the applicant tracking system (ATS)\
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 0 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in recruitment and HR processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Education:
Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and/or Leadership.
