ROLE: Country Responsible Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinates with internal and external customers on training needs.
• Assists the Marketing Manager in managing and delivering educational activities offered in the FME Academy
• Coordinates with commercial team to train external accounts and customers on the assigned product.
• Trains application specialists internally.
• Provides, as per coordination, training/education to other FME Philippine entities.
• Attends and participates in organization and department-wide and mandated activities.
• Attends relevant training required for the role.
• Active management of training files, modules and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement including timely submission as required.
• Participates in competency review activities initiated by partnering department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have valid Nursing PRC License
• With at least 2 years hemodialysis nursing experience.
• Teaching experience is a must. Preferred candidate should be knowledgeable in hemodialysis nursing topic, general nursing topic or general HD topic.
• Candidate preferred should have high learning agility and proven track record of effective knowledge transfer.
• Amenable with fieldwork/offsite work
