The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who enjoys solving challenges, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring every candidate has a positive and memorable journey. In this role, you will work closely with our technical teams to find and hire the skilled talent that drives Altera's success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, interviews, and offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and set clear timelines.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for technology roles using a variety of creative sourcing strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a respectful and engaging experience throughout the process.
  • Use hiring data and market insights to inform your strategy and continuously improve our recruitment processes.
  • Ensure all hiring activities align with our internal policies and commitment to fair hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a  experience in the technology sector.
  • A proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, communicating with clarity and confidence.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to fair, inclusive, and unbiased hiring practices.
  • Curiosity and an openness to learning new tools, technologies, and market trends.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, assessment tools).
